Okay, I'm going out on a limb here. This is a picture of what I looked like a year ago to the date. It's slightly embarrassing and I'm 110% certain I will never look like that again.
In all fairness to myself I was two months post-pregnancy in this photo but all the same not eating for optimal health.

WHAT I CONSUMED TODAY:
1 quart lemon water with MSM
1 quart kale/cucumber/carrot/onion/garlic/hemp oil/kelp powder
3 quarts kale/celery/apple/ginger
1 quart peach
2 quarts water
