On Today's Menu:
1 quart lemon water
2 quarts spinach/celery/carrots
2 quarts grapefruit/Alfafa
2 quarts water

I just wanted to stop by and say I love your blog. I caught up with it all yesterday. What a brave woman! Hopefully I can talk myself into a juice feast or some modified version of it very soon.
