16 oz carrot/orange/Spirulina
2 oz wheatgrass shot
1.5 quarts spinach/celery/apple/ginger
1.5 quarts spinach/parsley/cucumber/
celery/tomato/carrot/onion/garlic/
cayenne/kelp granules (a very long
one but very good. Reminds me of
vegetable broth)
1 quart lime water with MSM
12 oz coconut water with liquid chlorophyll
2 quarts water
