I am such a creature of habit. I don't stray too much from my juice choices now do I? And I have noticed that my choices are pretty simple. Very few ingredients, which is fine with me.
I have started creating dishes for the Daily Raw Cafe that I will be showcasing in the next few weeks. I have noticed that the recipes are basic and simple also. Not a whole lot of nuts or dehydrated dishes. I have utilized more vegetables and sprouts.
It will be interesting to see how I will eat once my feast is over. Which to be honest, I'm not looking forward to it ending.
It's makes me a bit bummed that I don't taste my creations. That's part of the fun. But, I do find the actually creating process very soothing. Gives me the warm and fuzzies.
Fortunately, I have a house full of tasters. As a matter of fact, my 8-year-old daughter is becoming quite the raw food cuisine specialist. She is able to tell me what seasoning is needed. I double check with my husband and she's right on the mark.
At the rawluck she was able to relay the ingredients in certain dishes that she ate. She sounded very knowledgeable. She did her mama proud.
I started my kitchen garden. On Friday I sprouted lentils and mung beans. The mung beans I used in my juice today and it makes an interesting juice. Very earthy, the sweetness of the tomatoes mellow the mung beans.
I'm in bright spirits, which is always good. I actually feel kind of sexy and sexual today. If you can understand that. That was kind of random but I thought I would share.
I have also been "that sensual girl" by nature, but lately it has been a bit in excess. Which is all good, my husband will be home soon. ;)

I'm glad your feast is going well...really, really well! LOL!Looking forward to the new, simpler recipes at the Cafe. I may have to break down and start sprouting stuff.
